Picks are pre-match (some pre-live) and posted with enough lead time. There are no proper live picks since they're very hard to follow on LoL.
In the Bet365 service, 100% of the picks are available on Bet365.
In the Winamax/Pinnacle service, picks are available on one of these two bookies, or on both, and usually also on Bet365 and other alternative books like Retabet, Paston, Betsson, Sportium, etc.

In the Bet365 service we cover eSports-LoL markets available on Bet365: mainly straight winner, map handicap, kills handicap, kills totals, objective totals and map duration.
In major tournaments there are also special player picks.
In the Winamax/Pinnacle service the picks are usually straight winner or low-odds combos where there's plenty of liquidity, although Winamax keeps adding more markets.

20–30 picks per month, more or less depending on the number of competitions.

From 8:00 to 24:00 (Spanish time). I try to send picks from 12:00 Spanish time onwards so people in the Americas can also follow the service.

Most picks will be flat stake 1; stake 2 only used very rarely in exceptional cases.

8 years following eSports, mainly League of Legends. Solid knowledge of most teams and players.
My approach: hunting value bets, using statistical models to estimate market probabilities or by sourcing inside info on specific teams.
