It depends on the volume of matches available to analyse, the value spotted and the opportunities that come up. My stats can be a good reference for this.

For PRE-MATCH picks I send a heads-up, usually 2-5 minutes ahead.
In LIVES, the matches with options are flagged in advance, and during the match I send the warning as early as possible.

We use a 1-5 range to size each bet, although the usual is to work in 0.5-1.5. I strongly recommend that stake 1 (or one unit) equals 1% of the bank you've assigned EXCLUSIVELY to my service. My historical track record TO DATE would let us push that to 2% — given that the average stake currently sits near 1, we'd never have hit a negative streak deep enough to reach -80% of the invested bank.
