Two improvements to make paying for what you already use simpler.

Renewing a channel: 1 month or 3 months

Since channels are one-off payments, we remind you before your access ends: three days before and on the last day, by email and message. Those reminders now have two buttons:

• "Renew 1 month · price".
• "3 months · price (save…)", if the channel has a three-month plan that's cheaper than three single months.

Either one takes you straight to payment with that plan selected. The same buttons are in Settings → Subscriptions. The payment method's handling fee is added to the plan price and shown before you pay.

It isn't offered on event, paused, hidden, waiting-list or deleted channels.

Topping up your Bank

1. In Bank tap "Top up".
2. Each amount (€10 to €300) shows the fee and the total you'll pay.
3. When you finish you're back in your Bank with the result: "Top-up complete: +… added to your balance".

It appears in your activity as "Balance top-up".

Topped-up balance never expires

What you top up is yours and doesn't expire; only gifted balance (bonuses and refunds) expires, and only the part you haven't used. We've fixed a bug that in some cases deducted topped-up balance when a gift expired, and the affected accounts have already been refunded.
