Tipsterland Protection is an optional guarantee you can add when you pay for a channel, a betting pack or a single paid pick. It costs 10% of the price (after any discount code) and you always see the amount next to its checkbox before paying.

How to add it

1. Choose the channel, pack or pick you want and go to pay.
2. At checkout you'll see the "Protection" checkbox with its amount. It comes ticked: untick it if you don't want it.
3. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The breakdown shows the fee before you confirm.

On channels: the next period is free

If the tipster ends your period at a loss (the profit accumulated since you joined is 0 or below), we give you another identical period. It keeps renewing for free until the total turns positive. Only the channel's settled picks published while you were subscribed count; voids and pending picks don't. You'll see the new end date in Settings → Subscriptions.

On betting packs

If the whole pack is used and ends at a loss, you get another pack identical to the one you bought, and so on until it ends in profit.

On single paid picks: we refund the price

If the pick loses (a partial loss counts too) or is voided, we refund 100% of what you paid for it as soon as the tipster settles it. The refund arrives as Tipsterland Bank balance, valid for 7 days; it is not returned to your card. You'll get a notification and an email, and your Bank will show "Pick refund (Protection)".

Good to know

• The 10% fee and the payment method's processing fee are not refunded.
• It isn't available on event channels, lifetime plans or channels whose tipster doesn't offer it. Paid posts don't include it.
• Protection doesn't make a tip a sure thing: it compensates you under the conditions above, nothing more.
